With a long and respectable career in recruitment Sharon was the original driving force behind the establishment of Big Splash in New Zealand and Australia. Her coalface experience means Sharon understands the business better than anyone, from graphic design, to media buying through to recruitment technology development.

With expertise in accounting and management of finances, Dianne oversees daily financial operation of the business. A key figure since Big Splash was founded in 2002, Dianne continues to manage and implement finance policy and procedure. She is also responsible for the effective implementation of business expansion.

Steve has a passion for innovative branding strategy. He is a highly acclaimed expert brand specialist involved with Big Splash at a strategic level. With over 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, he is one of New Zealand’s leading B2B minds, business speaker, workshop leader marketing coach.

Having moved from the UK in 2006, Victoria’s passion and skill to help businesses redefine their advertising and recruitment strategy has enabled our clients to get the very best result when it comes to finding great talent. Victoria is a trusted recruitment partner for many of our Australian clients, specialising in the not for profit and community sector space. She manages our sales and business development strategy and has worked for the business for over 12 years.

Cindy has been with Big Splash from 2010 and is known for her attention to detail and passion for improving efficiency. Cindy enjoys helping our clients with their accounts queries by drawing on her experience and knowledge of Big Splash. She also played a key role in our transition to paperless accounting and automating data transfer between our key systems. In her spare time, Cindy loves a good coffee catch up with friends and family, and venturing out and exploring new places!

Emily comes to Big Splash with a strong background in customer service. Having spent time in America whilst completing her Bachelor in Business and Marketing, Emily was searching for a role that would bring together the knowledge she gained through her studies, and the wealth of customer service she has gained over the years. She started with us in an administration role, supporting our advertising team. She has recently been promoted to an Advertising Coordinator role so is now working directly with clients to support them with their advertising needs.
